This assumes you are not significantly febrile, are not dehydrated (how much weight down from normal and how much less urine output), not vomiting blood. You did not mention any diarrhea.
Did you have a head injury? Did you recently travel? Are you in pain? Do you have a history of any chronic illnesses, previous gi surgeries, hepatitis, pancreatitis, hypertension, recent medication changes, etc etc etc.
So whether there is a bug going around means nothing.
And lastly, vomiting is one of the early symptoms of plague.
