BTW, insurance premiums in Florida have partially increased dramatically due to all the folks that got the “free” roofs.

85% of property insurance lawsuits are in Florida that is why our insurance is skyrocketing. My guess is that there has never been a door knocker roofer that inspected a roof that didn’t find damage.
