BTW, insurance premiums in Florida have partially increased dramatically due to all the folks that got the “free” roofs.

I’m curious . . . Which came first (i) insurance companies refusing to insure a house with a 15 year old roof, or (ii) roofing company door knockers? I think the insurance companies created the problem.
