What I find interesting is EVERY SINGLE ONE of these gloom and doom reports to scare people NEVER turn out to be true! They're someone else's particular take on a subject. Folks....my recommendation....don't pay attention to these negative posts that could complicate your life. If you're actually buying or ready to buy at home, I'm sure you'll find out.
