The 6% commission that realtors charge on the MLS is gone soon…I wonder how this will affect the VLS. The Buyers realtors’ commission will no longer be visible in the MLS. Also, people buying homes can find their own buyers realtor and negotiate how much they will pay for the their realtor to find them a home.

I use Kin insurance for my home. I paid $511 and 2021 and in 2022 they want $1819. I called and by increasing some deductibles was able to lower it to $1414. She said this was happening to everybody due to hurricanes, inflation, blah blah blah. Does anybody have a cheaper insurance company?
