The WHY remains ... and is related to the cooling of large sections of the North Atlantic, below average Northeast US temperatures, snows in the Rockies, large sections of Africa and parts of Europe/Asia are below average, and a slowly moving cold front over Florida. What happened to the boiling oceans?
