Why are there NO hurricanes or typhoons ANYWHERE in the world today? Plus, NOAA says there won't be any storm activity for at least 7 days. What's happening?

In the NWS “hurricane” page, your tab is set to Atlantic. Look up a bit and you will see Pacific ; Eastern and Central. There are a few out there.
As far as why there are none, conditions are not right for formation. If I remember correctly, it has something to do with the winds coming off the coast of Africa. Anyway, google it for a better understanding. |
All that is happening are the natural variations in weather patterns.

This is suppose to be the most active hurricane season known to man ! That's what they said back in June....Go figure.
