Lots of utube video’s on refilling tanks one of many, all have same principles. Transfer of 16 Oz liquid if 1 pound tank course should have the ability to measure it. The manufacturer don’t want liability and motivation to sell more new tanks. If tanks are not safe when they filled them due to design flaw why would we buy one?
As far as buying Temu use go between like PayPal. No, I wouldn’t use any other pay method. I wouldn’t buy fragile stuff cause the have crud packaging system.
