Why go north when it’s old looking, more traffic, much slower traffic, sharing Morse with golf carts (dangerous) whereas we have just the opposite of that down here: walking/biking only trails, trails that are beautiful separating ponds and preserves, great condition golf courses, and updated home designs.
I like Sumter Landing and Brownwood, never go to Spanish Springs. I think the best looking area in all of TV is the Fenney area and that is south of me but now easy access because of the new bridge.
If you don’t like something don’t do it!

When the villages of Fenney were approved for residential there was a stipulation that 25% of the land had to remain green/nature that is what adds to the relaxing atmosphere in that area.
