While comparison shopping for countertops we stopped at Burns on 301. Hard place to see on 301. I had read mixed reviews beforehand, but we wanted to see what they offered. The 'open' sign was on, but the door was locked, and no one was there (mid-day)!? Stopped back another time, and the saleslady was polite and helpful. Part of the reason I took them off my list was because their exterior was extremely unkempt and easily a fall hazard with odd broken stones and leaves all over. If a store specializes in selling products to improve and enhance, it made me wonder how they would care for my home and cleanup if they didn't care for their own business front. Not impressed enough to do business there.
