It really depends on several things like who your superintendent/builder was, who your subcontractors were, how expensive the issue is to fix, etc.
Our cabinets were being worked on often even past 14 months.
I dealt directly with PGT windows often and they were out just prior to my three year anniversary.
However Nickel Tile was never held accountable for their horrible installation of tile and LVP.
I've heard where somone checked their building plans like 5 years later and realized they were missing a medicine cabinet an it was installed at no cost.
This stucco paint is such a small issue, they should just do it.
