Or maybe---
just maybe--people should learn to drive and look left before making their turn on red. If you don't have the judgement or driving ability to distinguish the speed of an oncoming car before turning into their lane of traffic, perhaps it's time to surrender your license. And while I'm on it, that L hand turn arrow that changes to red is even more ridiculous. When turning left from Morse southbound onto 44 east, you can see oncoming traffic for at least 1/2 mile. So why do you have to sit there for 2-3 minutes when absolutely no vehicles are coming in the opposite direction? Because some idiot had an accident there once? Because the weak drivers clamored for it in the name of "safety". What a joke. If you can't look 1/2 mile down the road before proceeding to make that left, again, turn your license in. OK, end of rant. Now all those who shouldn't be driving can pile on. I can't wait to hear the ridiculous chorus of "You're retired, what's the hurry".
