This involves tapping the front turn signal light, connecting a diode, and the connecting the diodes together to the beeper and then the beeper to ground. This is a very simple solution, and I have seen kits (for motor cycles) for around $15.
If you are lucky enough to have a THREE wire blinker module the 3rd pin can be use to operate the beeper.

Exactly what I installed on all three of our golf carts, along with visual led blinker light indicators attached to the front roof support bars that can easily be seen by the cart driver and are wired off the same connections. I have never used one of the self canceling turn signals, but have heard that they obnoxiously click when the steering wheel turns and they have reliability issues?
