I believe this is apples and oranges.
YouTubeTV carries live broadcasts which include commercials. There is no way to skip the commercials since they are part of the broadcast itself. You should be able to skip them if you DVR the show and watch it later, just as you would with an old fashioned VHS.
HuluLive carries live broadcasts but also has a library of old shows and Hulu exclusives. These non-broadcast shows are available with commercials for about the same price as YouTubeTV or commercial-free at $95.
YouTubeTV can also show videos from YouTube. To get those commercial free you would need to purchase YouTube Premium (I don't know the price).
HuluLive includes DIsney+ and ESPN+, both with commercials, in the $82 price. You can pay extra to get those without commercials as well. I don't know if the $95 price is commercial free for all or if that's just the Hulu content and other charges apply for the Disney+ and ESPN+ content.
