Don’t have to worry about wax ring falling off or misalignment.
Rubber seal can use over, don’t have worry about misalignment no mess to clean up. Ease installation can be used above floor and even with floor without foam spacer. If below floor level use spacer or spacers I’d more than 3/4 inch.
I will never use wax ring again, but I don’t have too many toilet installations left in me.
