i’ve been wearing a night guard for 30 years. Spend the extra money and have it professionally done by your dentist. It cost a few hundred dollars, but it’s well worth it cause it’s custom fit. Mine goes on the bottom of my teeth, not the top and is so comfortable. I could wear it all day. I have tried all the other store brands and they aren’t half as comfortable as a custom one. You can thank me later.
