He is ranked around 24th of 46 Presidents by historians. And he had little power to interfer in foreign affairs. He also liked to interact a lot with regular people rather than rich people and foreign leaders. Probably a headache for the Secret Service with him building homes for people with next to nothing around the world.
A great man after being a mediocre POTUS.
