Yesterday, I went in for a oil change only. 2 1/2 hrs which was by appointment I may add, tech said I needed new wipers front and rear. The vehicle has 10K miles BUT, is this a ploy because I was a woman? The wipers were just replaced 3 weeks ago by their dealership under warranty, LOL! Then, he said my tires needed replacement. My husband taught me on how to use a tread depth gauge. I have 7/32's all the way around. Will never trust the Morgan Group for service ever again.

Tread depth is not the only thing to check on tires. Check the DOT number on the sidewall of each tire. The last 4 digits will tell you the week and year that the tire was made. For example, "1322" means that the tire was made in the 13th week of 2022. Sadly, a new car doesn't always have new tires on it. Also, the tire can separate, start making a lot of noise, and may need to be replaced regardless of how much tread it has. The tech should have told you why you need new tires.
