Selling a firearm to a private party is legal in Florida. However, personally, I would only sell it to a Florida resident with a current CCW license, even though they are no longer required. Also, I would prepare a bill of sale, including the firearm serial number and a copy of the CCW license. The sale should be conducted in a public place, not at home. Good luck.
