By the way, we don't have an HOA here. But we have some rules, and one is no business can be run from your home. Being a retired cop I am sure you believe rules are meant to be followed. You could have a business where you offer to go to other person's homes to fix their mowers at their home, not yours.

When Fenney first opened there were no places to get food nearby other than the Fenney Grille which was great. A new resident posted she was making pizzas in her home and was selling them at a very fair price. Within a few days someone that didn't even live in Fenney turned her in, no more pizza. Also happened to a lady selling cupcakes. So, you might want to re-think trying to run a business out of your home down here.
