Actually - this is ineffective and a waste of tax dollars. By the time you know your title has been compromised, the bad guys have already re-mortgaged the property and re-titled it. The cheapest and best & cheapest way for govt to protect title holders is to require 2 forms of id and and fingerprint - but the government wokesters don't listen to cheap and efficient ways of doing things.
