AH, in a former life, this would be a DIY project, I rebuilt 4 engines, but no more. You could call Sumter Tire or Wildwood Tire to see if they would be interested in at least testing the engine to see if it can be rebuilt or needs to be replaced. I would need to check, I think I still have a compression tester. They may also be able to determine if it valves, rings or something else. Finally, you may find it cost effective to get a rebuilt engine and replace the existing one. Sorry I cannot provide a specific company.
