I have a left-turn green light and am turning with other cars behind me making the same turn. There’s a car going the opposite way on 301 making a right turn on red. Although he’s not supposed to do that, I’ve come to expect it and I’m sort-of OK with it. What upset me is that as soon as he turned right, he pulled into the left lane right in front of me and I had to put on the breaks and almost hit him. There were cars behind me that had to stop too.
It just seems like many drivers can't handle turning right on red.

That and those that are merging with a YIELD sign, who dont yield and cause an accident, which means a big hassle for a new vehicle or lots of body work and a possible rental
