In the end it may have turned out to be that, but I think it's a leap for the reviewer to label this business as a Scam based solely on the information they've provided here.

There are probably enough electrical folks around and I have one already with whom I'm comfortable. If I didn't, I would probably avoid Frank Gay based on this, but I'm not certain it's totally fair to them.

I have not seen any posts praising Frank Gay. Actually, there have been many posts against them. I would never use them.
