I am wondering if there is anyone out there that can give me some advice. I have a family member who is incarcerated in the Marion County jail. I hired an attorney at a large fee. For over a year, we have been told they were working hard on the case. At one point, I lost faith in them and hired another attorney to co counsel. He had issues and I had to fire him. We were supposed to go to trial on Monday but it has been pushed to August. I spoke to the attorneys on Wednesday and they never said a word. They pretty much yes me to death and do what they want. We found out from another source that the trial had been pushed. I have no more money for another attorney and have totally lost faith in this one. The judge is no better. Any advice?
