My wife and I looked at many different areas of Florida before deciding on TV.We had been to TV 8 plus years ago for the first time to visit friends.TV sparked an intrest for us but we still had to be fair and check out other areas. After looking in all directions from TV nothing came close. Some were beautiful properties, some have since gone belly up, one we were very interested in we drove through recently and the piece of property we had a deposit on 4 years ago was still available, as a matter of fact so were many, many more. So I have to agree with all the other posters, I can buy a house anywhere but there's only one place to buy TV. One of my favorite things is on a quiet morning getting in the golf cart and riding around the beautiful clean grounds, seeing people smiling, walking, off to clubs and everybody waves at you and says hello or good morning. That's what TV is all about.
