Well after 3 days and 90 minutes on hold Mrs. State Farm calls me and say they will not because it is wear and tear. So I have a call in to her to see if they will even pay after I pay the deductible. (900 Jaguar windscreen). We will se what this ...... says when she gets back to me.
Meanwhile if the answer is no, does anybody no how to get ground in wiper streaks off of windshields. Thanks, Bud
So, you didn't read your insurance policy details to find out about windshield coverage. Instead, you called your company and TOLD them it was due to streaks caused by your wipers. Which is wear and tear, not covered by insurance at all.

So now, even if you wanted to commit fraud and intentionally damage your windshield to get coverage, well the company has a record of you trying to get it replaced. They'll peg you for a fraud the second you try to submit a claim now.

Meanwhile, your deductible is $900. A windshield on a Jaguar sedan/saloon is under $500. Just get a new windshield, save yourself the trouble and headache. They can do it right in your driveway, or pretty much anywhere. I saw some guy getting his replaced in the parking lot outside Publix a few days ago.
