Second, I'd become familiar with all TV floor plans to see if I could love one (perhaps with creative modifications) as much or more than the one I'd found.
If neither is the case, I'd probably ask myself:
What was it
specifically about that house that made it so special to me that I would consider not living in TV? Could I replicate the "the magic," if not the exact floor plan, in a TV home?
Why do I want "so badly" to live in TV? Could I find or make "that magic" somewhere else?
Which of these factors is more important to me and why. I know what I would do, but no one else could possible answer these questions for you.
I hope whatever you decide, you can do it without regrets. Best way to avoid regrets, I think, is to fully understand both your options and your passions, then commit to your decision with enthusiasm and without second-guessing.
