Here's the problem with PCC, as it relates to The Villages. I don't believe (but I don't know) enough golfers submit legitimate scores to the GHIN system, for the system to work properly .... especially as it relates to the Executive courses.
Also keep in mind, the GHIN system is predicated on golfers playing per the Rules of Golf and reporting all legitimate scores. Any variations from the official Rules of Golf, negates the entire premise of the system.
