I am also in the market for a new garage door opener, which will probably be a Chamberlain belt drive type. However, you should know that Home Depot does not have their own contractors. They hire third party subcontractors who they may or may not have ever contracted with previously. So, some posters may have had a good experience, but there is no guarantee that whoever installed their opener will be the same company who will install your opener. I will not be hiring Home Depot because I just don't like their concept. I intend to get a quote from Scott Cowan, 352-697-0321, who gave me a quote of about $350, but that was a few years ago.
