When I came to The Villages over the years, I rented a courtyard villa from Down Home Properties. If you go to their website, you can view the homes available for rent. There were times that I only rented for two weeks -- never more than 4 weeks. Also, the home was clean upon arrival and Down Home Properties was prompt in responding to a call. One of the smoke alarms started chirping one day and they responded promptly to my call.
