The pink stuff is the thin cheap stuff that TV uses to route mains around the house. if they are cracked, you need to dig a few feet to both sides of the crack. Now the fun part you can't flex them all that much but you'll have to cut them and put in a 'patch pipe' so you'll need 2 couplers per pipe, I used sched 40 pipe as I don't want to do it again. you'll need the glue kit, and make sure you use it. Aside from the digging it's fairly easy and inexpensive to fix. I've fixed all sorts of sprinkler runs for decades. easy peasy. If you need help just send me a message
