L2 - I have to take a little exception to what you stated.

I don't see how his lies (despicable as they are) interfere with his honesty on the golf course. Tiger has called penalties on himself in the past as is his duty. I hope you don't think that the other 149 PGA tour members have never lied, or cheated on their wives. Life experience should tell you different.

Granted, I may not want to personally play with a person that I know cheats since they may bring that to the course (and eventually to my wallet). But in the regulated on course life that these PGA members have it would be difficult to think that they could get away with it. Especially Tiger, since every shot he takes is televised or recorded.

I can appreciate your statement that you will not support him or his sponsors and that is certainly your right. But we all contribute to it just by viewing a PGA event which brings in more ad revenue and therefore jacks up the price of almost every item we purchase in the store. Let's face it, when Tiger comes back later this or next year it WILL BE the most watched golf event in the history of the PGA.
