Well, while we were looking at homes, a Realtor said to be careful about the water and smell? stench??? There have been a few occasions where ponds have drained suddenly due to sink holes. This caused living matter, including fish, to die and subsequently stink. This is short lived as they are very prompt at correcting these situations.
