We are also considering a pool and have been advised that by having it done after the builder is finished that we could save a considerable amount of money.
My question is for those of you who have done this... How well do they deal with the issues of the holes in the stucco and concrete where they have removed the old screen? Will it have a "patchwork" repair that is easily noticed?
Also regarding the new concrete (and the bird cage) that is added to extend for the pool... Is it obvious? Can you tell it was all done after the fact, or does it look as good as having it all done at one time? Thanks!
