To all the folks who are waiting to sell before they can move to TV.
I FEEL YOUR PAIN!! Reading TOTV is keeping me sane, however, the discussion of the fires lately has me worried.
I wonder if there is a way to protect oneself from that problem. On the positive side, We have two people thinking of leasing our home, which the realtors say might be the most desirable option since until the market rebounds. We also had an Open House today and one couple loved everything about it. Prayers for a contract
are being sent upward. My question is this. Has anyone had a particularly good experience with their sales rep? I am afraid that when we finally get down there for house hunting I may need one with a counseling degree as well.
I am so looking forward to meeting all of you who have kept me from going over the edge.
