As we speak we are probably firming up a deal to rent to a PHD from So Africa who is doing research at the EPA in our area.
I guess my primal scream helped. You advice was right on and I am
embarrassed for whining. It is actually not like me but between my move and helping my daughter and her 5 children move to Evansville IN for a new job for her husband, I am not my self. They are living here for 3 weeks and we need to be packed up by May 1st. This should be interesting!!! Praise the Lord!!
