Cool I'm confused
I have heard two versions of how many people live in TV.

1. There are approx. 80,000 residents with 105,000 residents at full build out.

2. There are approx. 80,000 homes with 105,000 homes at full build out.

If it is homes, the population would ultimately be 160,000 or more. Anyone know, if it population or homes that is being referred to? Not that it affects my decision to ultimately live there or not, but just a matter of clarification.
