I wasn't going to reply to this message but it has become a major pet peeve of mine. It makes me grumpy.
I had occassion to walk behind the mail station and was appalled at the amount of poop in the field. At sunset point on Sumter bridge, poop everywhere. I can understand why dogs get a bad rap with the irresponsible owners walking away from their pet's mess. Placing it in the storm drains is pollution folks. Take it home. Get rid of your entitlement attitude and pick it up, stop giving Fumar ammunition......
