I share in the anger about the irresponsible owners who fail to clean up after their dogs. Hard as it is to believe, we also see these presents in our lawn frequently - not at the street but in the back lawn or between our home and the neighbor. None of us in the immediate area have dogs or cats so someone apparently just seems to feel entitled to let the critter out to take care of things on their own. Not the dogs fault but I sure would like to know who the human part of the family is. Very unsafe for the dog as well as others who have to step or slip/fall in it, or have grandchildren who will find it.
