There is a Fern III being built on Valley Oak St in Buttonwood. Not enough built yet to decide but I am sure it is gorgeous. I know we love our new home. We like it more now that the furniture arrived. Sleeping on a sleep sofa was getting old. Much less pain in the back now LOL
