Less dangerous
I park in my driveway. I already dented my car once trying to get in the garage in my CYV with those curved driveways. Just try parking a car and a golf cart in these garages and sooner or later you will probably hit something. I already ran into 4 people who damaged their car as I did. Some say that they let their spouses move the car because they are afraid they will hit something. If I had a two car garage I would use it but no way for me with a cart and car. Plus my car is nice to look at.
I have had several houses with garages and we always park our car in the driveway. These days the paint on new cars is pretty durable. I have never had any issues with my car's appearance suffering from being exposed to the elements; even snow. I see so many people going through great lengths to park their car in their garage and I wonder why. In the CYV's there is just enough room to park a car and a golf cart but there is very little wiggle room if you want to be able to get into your car without its door hitting your golf cart. We used to get stressed out everytime we had to use our car but now we are stress free and have plenty of storage space in our garage.
