Probably either ligustrum (sp?) or viburnum. I have two hedges, one of each. It's a toss up. Viburnum grows faster but ligustrum has a smaller leaf and and looks neater and requires less trimming.

Beware of the 4' height limit for hedges. Check with Architectural Review.
