I guess the problem is that if I tell you I paid $40 for a service and when you call, the supplier says that it will be $60, you will say "Well John-Bob only paid $40"! Now he has to explain to you that the situation is different and you have a different problem that will cost more. Now John-Bob is in trouble and you are upset and so is the supplier.
I think that you should call and explain your situation and see what the charge is and work from there.
Too many times have I told people I got this service for XX dollars and they tell me that same service provider wanted YY dollars. Each situation is different and my telling them to call and ask saves me the problem of trying to explain myself.
