Not trying to nit-pick, but if someone's looking for the item Bogie's recommending, add another letter to the product name: 'Tapcon'.
They do work great but keep in mind they're a permanent mount. Can't back the screw out and reuse it in the same hole and get the same 'strength' out of it. Pick the screw size you need and the Tapcon box will tell you what size of pilot bit to get. The company markets those masonry bits as well - generally found in the same display as the screws.
Might not hurt to put a small dollop of silicone sealer or caulking under the screw head before tightening it down, just to eliminate any chance of water infiltration. Some might say it's unnecessary but that can be left to the user's discretion.
