When I read this post I immediately remembered a book that I read a few years ago. It was called "The Art of Racing in the Rain." I have never read a book that brought as much emotion out of me as this book did.

When I finished it, it was one of the very few books that I kept so one day I could re-read it when the memory of the first reading faded. Rather than my tell you about it in my own words, I will simply refer you to a website where you can read all about it and also watch a promo video. I strongly recommend this book if you can get your hands on a copy.
