( Mike and I have traveled back and forth across the US by auto, many times and one place that I still remember dealing with some exceptionally rude people was in Terre Haute, Indiana. Now, please all of you lovely people from Indiana don't jump all over me. Maybe I just encountered people having a bad day, but damnation.
