Default There is a free Skype app for the iPad
Just search for Skype in the iPad app store. You should be able to receive video OK if the other party has a webcam connected of course.
If you would like to test it out, you can call me at 941-587-2366 and we can see how it works ipad to ipad and to laptop video.
