This is the third time we have done this after doing a fundraiser called Bowling for Furry Friends. What a wonderful feeling. I have also been caring for an orange male kitty, about a year old, that has been around since he was a kitten. I finally gained his trust and he is very loving to me and my dog. He has slept on my lanai during these frigid nights. I have tried to find him a home as I am unable to keep him, but with no luck. The rescue agencies will not take him as they feel he is not readily adoptable since he has been outside and it took me so long to tame him. I guess most people want an instant pet. Understandable. So next week I am taking him to be neutered and have shots and then he will go to a farm where he will have food, water, and shelter and other kitties for companions. It is the best I can do.
