This has got to be one of the most used phrases on TOTV, and I know, I still use/used it myself. For me, it reinforces the belief that I'll be there someday, and in a way, lets everyone know we want to be there. It makes me feel good that we have a plan and it's going to work. Our house is under agreement, so now I can switch over to "as soon my house closes" (although we won't be down for a month after). So, for the rest of my fellow "As soon as my house sells" members, any good news or vibes? Just keep on saying "as soon as my house sells", it worked for me, and you'll be able to say "as soon as my house closes".
